Welcome
from the Chairman
We
would like to thank you for visiting the Web site of the Department
of Orthopaedic Surgery at Johns Hopkins. We consider it an honor to
care for patients.
Our faculty in Orthopaedics works together as a
team to provide optimum
patient care. We see our role in patient care as both educators and
treating physicians working together with you
and your community health care providers to offer you the best possible
medical and surgical care available.
As well, we feel that our role as academic-orthopaedic physicians
is to educate our future orthopaedic leaders as both clinicians and
researchers. This will provide them with the ability to advance current
orthopaedic knowledge and techniques and put them on the cutting
edge
of future orthopaedic advancements.
You are invited to review our Web site and gain further insight into
the services provided by our professional staff members. We suggest
you use our site as a learning resource for patients and physicians
alike.
